Emma K. Ohland is an author who has been telling stories since before she knew how to write them down. She grew up in the middle of a cornfield in Indiana, but her imagination often carried her away to other worlds. When she’s not writing, reading, or smelling books, she enjoys traveling, crocheting, and daydreaming in coffee shops. She graduated with a B.A. in English literature from Purdue University. Her first short story appears in the YA anthology Out There. Her debut novel Funeral Girl was recognized as one of Bank Street College’s Best Children's Book of the Year. Here Goes Nothing is her sophomore novel.
